Freshness Guarantee
Simply Home Goods products contain no added freshness-preservatives. Our items are best when enjoyed 5-7 days after delivery and may be frozen up to a month to extend freshness. All perishable items (cream cheese, buttercream, etc.) should be refrigerated and enjoyed once brought to room temperature. Your enjoyment is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us, and we will assist you.
Payment
Simply Home Goods accepts cash or personal check on delivery/pickup, credit cards, and PayPal. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, not SimplyHomeGoods.com.
Pick-up/Delivery
Custom order deliveries will be priced accordingly.
For items purchased through our shopping cart, you have the choice of pickup or delivery options. All local deliveries within Hoboken, NJ are free of charge. A fee will be charged for all deliveries outside of Hoboken, NJ up to 7 miles, over 7 miles & to NYC. Upon checkout please choose the appropriate delivery option:

Wedding Cakes
At least four to six months before the event. A 50% deposit is required. Call for an appointment.
Ordering Process
With custom desserts, there is often a creative brainstorming process before an order is officially placed. To Simply Home Goods, an order is official once an invoice has been generated. It is the client's responsibility to make sure to finalize the details before the advance notice requirement.
Change Policy
For the most part, once the invoice has been generated, orders cannot be changed. This varies depending on the type of event, notice, and the nature of the change, however, so please contact us for more specific information. For wedding cakes, it is possible to change almost anything up to the three weeks before the wedding if not using gum paste flowers. If gum paste flowers are used, two months' notice is required. Please, no changes in size or design after the three-week deadline.
If there are special circumstances, please contact us to see if the change can be accommodated.
